Model: NC450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.6 Build 200924 Rel. A191C3

Hi,

5 days after updated to current firmware version i don't have any access to my NC450 camera any more. In mobile app the cameras are shown as offline.

I've configured daily reboot.

WPS-Access to WLAN is successful, but the cameras are not available via IP-Address. Connected to LAN i have access to the cameras.

@Brook Thanks for the support. It was a problem of my router. After different reboots of the router both cams worked again.

@HolgerC.

Good day,

Thanks a lot for your time and patience.

Sorry for the delay.

How long have you had the NC450

After you set up the camera via WPS, would the LED light turn to solid green?

The default IP address is 192.168.0.10 and once it is connected to the router successfully, the router would assign a new IP address for NC450, so it might not be 192.168.0.10;

And you could refer to this link to have a look: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/817/

And if you are able to set it up via LAN cable first, you could also refer to this link to change the LAN connection to a wireless connection:

Thanks a lot.
