Voice call only worls from camera to phone

Voice call working only in one direction
When I speak to camera I can hear in phone
But when I hold talk button and speak on phone can't hear anything from camera
Camera speaker works when I set motion alarm
So hope speaker is ok

Have you tested on another mobile phone to have a look?
Sometimes, there would be some delay for the voice and if you wait a lit longer, would there be any voice?
How long have you had the camera and when did this issue start?
