once i start uploading a file the internet drops, whats the matter how can this be fixed

At the back of the Archer VR2800, which port is connected to the internet service provider, the DSL or the LAN/WAN port?
Have you checked how much internet bandwidth you could get from the internet service provider, especially the upload bandwidth?
If it is around, or even less than 1M/s, we would have a beta firmware which could fix the unstable connection issue caused by the slow bandwidth.

it is connected to the dsl port and yes my upload speed is about 1 mbs.
so please provide me with a beta firmware that eliminates this issue and that doesnt have any other problems.

the version you provided somtimes gives me this error:
Please reconfigure your parameters. If the problem still exists, please contact your ISP. and sometimes gives please configure the DNS manually.

hello dear,
kindly read all the thread to know the problem am facing. second, the last released firmware Published Date: 2020-06-28 does not connect to the internet and i looked for threads an saw that so many people were facing this problem with the last firmware so they downgraded to a version that works.
please provide me with e version that is free from any bugs and problems.
