@bikoo

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Did you check the Ethernet link speed and found out it was still limited to 100M/S?

Did you change a new cable, like cat 6 to have a look?

Have you tried to change the network adapter to 1G full-duplex mode to have a look:

Thanks a lot.

@bikoo

Hi, thank you very much for your kind reply.

There might be some misunderstanding and I am really sorry about that.

I thought the issue was the speed on the LAN4/WAN was limited to 100m/s even though it claimed to be 1000m/s;

But actually, the device connected to the LAN4 was not detected and it seemed like no device connected to the LAN4/WAN, right?

And also the same laptop is working fine on LAN 1.2.3, just not LAN4?

Later, I would like to follow up on your case via email and please feel free to update more details on the email.

Thanks a lot.

@bikoo

Verify if you have activated iptv on port 4, if so, the local adress of the port 4 should be 192.168.2.1

Hi, as per your description, it seems that the LAN4 port might be faulty. You may confirm if this is still in warranty with the local support and try to get it replaced:
