Hello, hoping for some help. Since I have recently changed to the Deco E4 for my WiFi, the ps4 is the only device that suffers throttled download speeds.

Anything from kbs to 10mb. My provider speed is 100mb. I currently have only 2.4Ghz and no fast roaming. I'm pretty sure I've had most settings on and off to test but not much luck.

Speeds were stable and fast before Deco was installed.

Im just not understanding why its so bad.

Thank you very much for your patience.

Did you only enable the 2.4ghz for the whole Deco system since normally the 5ghz would be much faster than the 2.4ghz?

And did the PS4 support 5ghz as well?

Before you use the Deco E4, how much speed did the PS4 get and is it still connected to the 2.4ghz network?

Are you able to check the link speed on the PS4 when It is connected to the E4?
