No driver for MacOS big sur for tplink TL-WN725N
The adapter was working fine before the update. Because the appropriate driver for macos catalina was available. Now as i have upgraded to macos big sur there is no driver available for the same. Please look into the matter asap.

Hello all, I found a customer resolved his issue by installing the driver on his macOS Big Sur, you may check if you can make yours work as well:
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/stories/detail/1642
Note: this may require to disable the SIP and give the authority of this App on your macOS, which is not recommended by Apple, it's up to you whether you want to try this.

@Creator1111 Hi, I installed the driver, but it's still not recognizing the device (Archer T9UH V2). Would it be possible for you to help me understand why it's not working properly?

I did earlier and didn't work either.
But I read again and I discover the problem "To using relase V5 SIP Security must be disable"
So just googled "disable sip mac", did the steps and worked.
Thx

@Pedro_Neto Yes, I've also disabled the SIP but couldn’t manage to install it properly. I don't know why. My Mac just won't let this program work for some reason. Can you let me know what you EXACTLY did to install it? I'd really appreciate it, I need to work, and my internet sucks without the adapter!

@Iratxe From all the comments read, I only understand that tp-link has a terrible support, they are not interested in the opinion of the customers

@Kevin_Z This isnt a solved issue as it doesnt work for every adapter and isn't a Driver provided by you guys as a company. MacOS Big Sur has been out for months now and the least your company can do is release OFFICIAL driver updates for new OS updates... SMH

Hi, thank you very much for your kind reminding. We understand this is not a final solution for the issue you are experiencing, it's a recommended workaround that allows you to continue using this adapter on your new system, we are working actively with the chip manufactures, and we will update the driver once we are able to provide it.
BTW, what is the model number of your TP-Link adapter? Do you mean this solution is not working on your macOS Gig Sur?
