My power line av600 barely worked brand new for about 2 days. Today one of the connectors has bricked and no longer lights up. I am extremely disappointed as I never even got to see the adapters work in the first place, they ran at 1-2 mbps while wireless I get over 20 mbps

Good day.

Have you tried to change to a different power socket to have a look?

If possible, please also try to hold the pair button for 10s to factory reset this adapter for final test;

If still nothing happened, please feel free to replace this adapter with the shop retailer.
