Hello, the previously reported issue that the Archer C80 router keeps reboot randomly by the OP was caused by a wrong power adapter, and the issue got resolved by changing with the power adapter with the required power spec, which is 12 V ⎓ 1 A for the EU version, and 12 V ⎓ 1.5 A for the US.

It is suggested to follow the troubleshooting suggestions we updated here to address the issue, and report further if the issue persists:

@rohitrhmn1 I have the same issue. Happend to me a few times durring this summer and I think that it's overheating maybe. After it shuts off, the only way I can turn it off is to let it cool a minute, unplugging it and then plug it back in. I tried lowering the wireless transmit power from "High" to "Middle". This seems to make it a bit more stable. Any other ideas? I have the last FW update.

Hi, have you tried to do a FW upgrade of the device before that issue occurred? Can we have the current firmware version number on the web interface?

Are you using the original power adapter from the package box that came with the router, which should be 12 V ⎓ 1 A?
