I already set up my tp link extender to my router but after setup and log in. I cant connect my phone to tp link extender. I dont know why. 

Please help

Hi, sorry for the delay.

I guess the issue is that the phone is connected to the 850RE but could not open any websites and no internet service from 850RE?

May I know the model number of your home router?

Did the RE and signal lights lit up on the 850RE?

Could you please click’850RE’ on the App and check its IP address as well as DHCP status, like auto on, or off?

My cignal is in best location. 5 bars. Just only connection to extender.

Note: correct password
