Hi,

 

Since recent my powerline which I've had for only a couple of months is no longer operational.

The one which is connected to my router doesn't show any sign off life anymore and I don't seem to be able to connect it any longer.

 

It's plugged in to the power socket directly and connected to my tp-link router. It serves as a power socket for other items, which is still functioning.

 

What can I do about this?

Good day.

Have you tried to reset this plug by holding the pair button for 10s to see if there is any difference? Or change it to a different socket?

And is there any change recently, like the power outage, firmware update?

Total failure of my TL PA8010P KIT after Win10 20H2 update

 

Any idea about this problem?

Hi, 

 

I tried a couple of things, but no sign of life what so ever. I encountered a couple of similar posts, so I have send it back to the supplier for reparation.
