Deco X60 Parental control: Predified vs. Custom: Apps/Websites

So in my Deco X60, under Parent Control, Apps and Websites:
If I want to block amazon.com, it is easy, because Amazon is predefined, all I need is to select it and save, it is done and working. No questions here.
However, when I wanted to block sites not pre-defined, say, prodigygame.com, it did not work, regardless if I am adding all of the following sites to the block list:
api.prodigygame.com
www.prodigygame.com
sso.prodigygame.com
*..prodigygame.com
All the computer (Windows 10 Pro) still goes through without any issue. Reboot and try again, still going through.
Is there a way to request to add a particular site to the pre-defined list? I know this site is recommended by the school, but I just want to block it during the remote learning time and I will manually remote it after the school day is over.
