Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
Could you please help me check the following information:
- Would the power-line light turn off or keep blinking when the connection dropped?
- Could you please help me check the IP address when the connection dropped;
- What need you do to recover the connection, unplug the adapter or it would come back automatically?
- How often would the connection drop, like once or twice per hour?
By the way, how long have you had the adapter and when did this issue start?
Thank you very much!

Hi again sorry for delay.
I have managed to fix the problem it was my DSL VDSL2 connection I factory reset the modem and the fibre router and that seem to fix the problem. Because my understanding is the VDSL2 uses 17 MHz and Powerline Adapters use 2 to 86 MHz and sometimes can over lap causing interference.
