Had power line adaptor set up for a while now but just today it has decided there is no internet tried resetting the devices and nothing has happened all lights on as should be just need some help as don't know what to do next

May I know how long have you had the adapter?

Could you please help me check the IP settings on the device, such as?

 If possible, please refer to the following information:

  1. Connect the client to the home router directly to check the internet service;
  2. Connect the adapter to a different Ethernet port from the router;
  3. Change the different cables between the router and adapter, adapter and client device;
  4. Swap the location of the two adapters;
