I cannot access the internet when the router is switched on. The IP address in the setup web page is invaild (0.0.0.0). I have to save the PPPoE every time I turn on the router. Please help me with this issue. 

My router model is Mercusys AC12G

It seems that this Mercusys AC12G is a Mercusys router, it is suggested to contact the Mercusys support team for suggestions.
