Firmware Version: 2.7.0.44-02_801113_200714_902

I just bought a powerline adapter kit today and I ran into an issue that the transfer rate from 1 side of the adapters is only around 80 mbps while the other is over 200 mbps. The download speed is super bad, it even goes down to 3 mbps while wlan on my laptop is still 170 mbps despite it's only 2.4ghz. How should I fix this problem?
The Model name is: TP-LINK TL-PA8033P KIT Powerline Adapter
