Model: Archer MR200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.42539n

I cannot connect to my work VPN server from my laptop via my MR200. I am able to connect using the same SIM in my phone so it is not the mobile network. Do you have any suggestions?

@GreatScot

Hello, can you please confirm again, the MR200 should support VPN pass-through by default, you may find it on Advanced>NAT Forwarding>ALG:

BTW, what kind of VPN server are you trying to connect to? PPTP or L2TP? Ensure the pass-through is enabled. You may also check the firewall and DoS Protection setting on the MR200, ensure it is not blocking this VPN connection, try to disable them to confirm.

Meanwhile, what is the WAN IP address on the MR200? Is it public one or private one?

Is there an error message when you tried to connect to the VPN server on the computer? Please share with us the screenshot of the error, thanks.

@Kevin_Z

Good day Kevin!

I  have same question. All above options exist and enabled. But I can't use IPSEC option in VPN

How can I get that option on my router?

Thanks in advance!
