Tp Link utility detects all Adaptors but no internet

Hello
I installed 2 4010P kit and 4010 and as you can see the utility detects the PLC installed, the problem is that I don't have internet conection.
Any ideas?

Hi, the Ethernet light did not lit up on any of the adapters.
So have you contacted one of the adapters to the home router?
If yes, could you please change a different cable to have a look?
or you could also use another TL-PA4010 to connect the main router;
