Firmware Version:

Have reconnected my AV600 kit (AL-WPA4220) to a new router following the installation of a new Broadband, I cannot get any WiFi connection on the extender.  However I get internet access when I plug in an ethernet cable into the extender unit.  This kit was working fine before reinstalling.  I have reset both the base and extender units to factory settings and paired the units which show on the TPplc app.  Any ideas please?

Hi,

Are you still able to see the wireless network of the TL-WPA4220?

Or did you press the Wi-Fi button to clone to SSID of the home router before?

If you have done the Wi-Fi clone before, the SSID would be the same as home router.

You could try to change the SSID on the APP or powerline utility:
