Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.44954n

I just bought an Archer MR600 which is identified as v1.
However, I have read that more recent versions are on the market.
It's true?
If so, can I update it with a firmware?

@WhiteTiger

There should be a V2 in the near future, while I don't think it is available in the local market now, you will need to wait.

You are not allowed to install a firmware version that has been made for another hardware version of your router model.

If your MR600 is indeed hardware version V1 then you can only install firmware made for hardware version V1 and not firmware made for V2.
