Network aways congested according to network optimisation
Network optimisation says WiFi congested . Went i run optimise says perfect . If I run the tool again says it is congested ! Am I right in thinking the channel is congested due to 35 devices connected , when I run optimisation is changes the channel , which is now congested because of my 35 devices are all on the same channel ?
Was exited when I saw the feature as my ps4 both only get 30mg down and 3mg up despite having 500mb down and 40 up on speed tests through deco app ?

I have the latest firmware and my network is always congested.
I have a small 2 stoy house and a 3 deco setup

@Dango i have the same problem so many times when I checked it's indicated that it's congested need to optimize... after few hours need to do again ! I have 3 M5 and many times only 9 users connected (including the printer)! What can be the causes?? How to fix it??

Hi, is there any specific issue when the network always reported congested, like slow speed, unstable connection, etc.?
If not, there is no need to scan the network frequently, your network should be clear and good. Most importantly, if the Wi-Fi channel is changed too frequently, it may cause an unstable issue on the client devices, some devices may disconnect from the network and reconnect.

@Ash1973 Having the same problem. Speed Test on Deco app is ok, but Speed Test from devices connected to Deco is very slow.
Also getting a "congested message" when I check.
I'm up to date with the latest firmware.
Any fix for this?

The notice on the network optimization has been confirmed and could not cause any further issues.

Would it be possible to start a new thread with the following information:
1. What is the internet bandwidth tested by the Deco APP?
2. How did you run the speed-test on the clients, to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz? how about the wireless link speed and what is the result of the speed-test?
3. Did all the devices have the same slow speed issue?
4. Could you please send me a picture of your network topology, such as how are the Deco connected to each other?
