Tapo C310 sensitivity
Last week I pruchased four Tapo C310.
Picture quiality, wifi connection is great, but there is one thing that isn't that great; camera sensitivity.
First there is only three step in the adjusment in sensitivity in the app(which would be very easy for Tp-Link to fix), would be much better if it was in %(0-100), but the camera reacts on very dust in the air in, snow and similar even on the lowest sensitivity when the Infrared light in active in the dark.
The apps send alot of Notifications the whole night because of these.
Are there any other settings in the app that can fix this or is this only something Tp-Link can fix?

@Aussie_Pete totally agree. I've the same
problems as everyone in this topic.
Maybe it's a good idea to split up the issue? I mean if an insect crosses the window or camera lens (mine is behind a window at the moment) I can imagine this is harder to filter it out than raindrops. Leaves falling from trees or blown up by the wind are a third kind of movement.
So a couple of questions to tp_link 😃
can you develop a fix solving movement issues with rain?
same question with snow?
same question with leaves?
same question with flying insects at night?
same question with walking by insects?
For me these issues are also sorted in priority. Maybe the flying insects should be higher, but because I'm still behind glass I have other issues with the reflection of infrared so I can't see anything at night at the moment.
While you are developing I can go on installing camera 2 and 3 😃
Thanks a lot!!
