This is the steps
1. Open apps
2. Select Router Archer C1200
3. Select Client tabs
4. Selected the device wanted to block
5. Click the Block button

May I know what is the current firmware version of your Archer C1200? How about its hardware version? You may confirm it on the router bottom label.
Does this happen to all the wireless devices in the Archer C1200 network? They will have internet access again once disabling then enabling the Wi-Fi?
1. Latest updated apps.
2. Hardware version not available but its a 2 years ago device
3. All connected mobile phone and pc can unblock by turning on, off, on wifi
