Hello all,

Looking for tech wizards! I have 3 tplink powerline adapters in my house. One of them works perfectly but two of them won't emit any WiFi. Tplink says to press the adaptor button for 5 seconds to turn on the WiFi but this doesn't work on either of the two that aren't working. Anyone know any solution to this?

 

Side note: the two that aren't working weren't bought together.

Good day,

May I know the model number of the powerline extender?

And how long have you had these devices and when did this issue start？

Have you tried to done a factory reset on the powerline extender?

--hold of the reset pinhole/pair button for 10s
