Model: TL-WPA4220  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.9 Build 160525 Rel.35241n

I have 2 V1 Powerline adapters and 2 V.4 Powerline adapters. The app on Android (v1.3.5) only sees the 2 V4 adapters. If I add the 2 V1 manually, I get an error message "unable to add the device". Similalry on IOS (v1.3.7)

 

Viewing via the tp-PLC Mac app, I see all devices.

 

Please note, I have tried changing the Powerline network name on all devices to be consistent but still no luck.

 

Please advise if this is a known problem or a fix.

Hi,

TL-WPA4220 V1 did not support tpPLC App, only  the powerline utility for PC view,

And please refer to the following link to get the compatible list:

https://www.tp-link.com/powerline/compatible-devices/
