I'm currently running a setup with 2 TP-WPA4220 extenders (AV500 V1.0 and AV600 V1.2) and the device connected to the router.

 

I want to use the WPA8630P Kit as the main setup (1 device for the router & 1 extender) - could I still utilise the WPA4220 AV500 and AV600 units with this?

Good day,

It is ok and they could still work together.

And it is much more recommended to set up a separate powerline network for both TL-WPA4220KIT and WPA8630kit.
