I’m able to connect to wifi on my AV500, but there’s no stable internet connection.  Sometimes the internet will connect, but 9 times out 10 it won’t.

• My AV500 model number is TL-WPA4220 ver 1.0, so I cannot use TP Link’s Utility to connect (the tpPlc utility app will only work for v2.0 or higher!)
• DHCP is enabled on the router
• The adapter is cloned to my wifi router (so I cannot use https://tplinkplclogin.net)
• I’ve got a Mac/iOs-based system, so can’t get the TP Link utility that works with the AV500s

Any ideas of what I need to do to get these connected, without having to do a full factory reset?  Thanks in advance for any help!
