AX1500 wifi works on laptops but not on phones
Hi guys,
Bought an Archer AX1500 Wifi 6 router. Have no problems on lan and wifi on laptops.
Problem happens on phones when connected to wifi. Intermittently, phones are connected to wifi but cannot access the internet. But TV connected by LAN has not problems with Netflix.

When the phones are connected to Wi-Fi but cannot access the internet, can you confirm if it gets a correct IP address from the router? If yes, try to ping the router and show us the ping test results.
You can also try to modify the wireless settings on the AX1500 router, such as changing the 2.4G wireless channel to 1/6/11, change channel width to 20MHz, security to WPA2-PSK/AES; Change the 5G wireless channel to 36/40/44, channel width to 40MHz, security to WPA2-PSK/AES, then reboot the AX1500 and reconnect to the network to confirm.

I also used another phone (Android). It can ping the router but cannot load some sites also. Cannot load www.streamable on both iPhone and Android, but it loads on laptop.

You could try if reducing the "MTU Size" for the Internet connection makes any difference with regards to some websites not loading.
Make note of the original MTU Size value (usually 1500), then change it to maybe 1400, save the settings and then try to open the websites in question again.
If this doesn't improve anything, then just change it back to the original value.

Hi, you can try woolze's suggestions to change the MTU size.
Meanwhile, can I have the detailed network layout, please? Who is your ISP, how is the AX1500 connected to the network?

Unfortunately, MTU change did not fix the problem
Converge (PH ISP) -> ZTE modem (F660, wifi disabled) -> AX10

Thanks for the details.
Please reset the AX1500 to factory defaults as below, then reconfigure it from scratch to confirm if the issue persists, we will then follow it up via email:
