Firmware Version: 1.1.0.844-01_402011_140208_001

Hi Folks

 

I have a PA4020 which is on firmware version 1.1.0.844-01_402011_140208_001 and I wanted to upgrade it to v4 so I downloaded the update from https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/download/tl-pa4020p-kit/v4/ and managed to upgrade the base Unit, but the remote unit keeps failing and that's the one I'm actually connected to via a network cable.

 

The files I have selected are:

4020PV4_1.4_EN50561.pib

mac-release-X.nvm

 

Any ideas why that might be happening?

Hi,

Normally V1 could not update the firmware of V4.

And could you please double check both of the TL-PA4020P are V1 or V4?

By the way, since you have updated one of them already, could you please check what is the current firmware of this one?
