Connected, no internet
Recently bought one of these to boost my signal. Set it up OK and gave it the same ssid as my router so things connect automatically (cameras, amazon echo etc). When I connect my laptop to it, and now my phone, all I get is 'no Internet, Secured'.
I'm with virgin media with the hub 3.0 in the uk

May I know the model number of your range extender?
After setup, did you see the 2.4ghz/5ghz, or RE/signal lights lit up?

It is the RE220 AC750.
All lights are on, things connect OK, but I get no Internet once connected

May I know the hardware version of the RE220, V1, or V2?
Have you referred to the previous link to manually configure the DHCP server?
If still not helpful, please try to update the following firmware to have a look:
