Specifically the VR2100. By security i mean anti malware/ Firewall etc to stop your system and connected devices being compromised, not parental security.

As with most routers the VR range tends to have Firewall, ACLs, Service filters and MAC/IP Binding.. pretty much the usual you would expect to have
Malware / Virus protection is a different thing altogether, for that you would need TP Link Homecare. This is available on AC and AX models from the AC2300 and upwards, I dont think this is available on the VR models as this is more of a "gateway router" feature.
