I previously had av500 powerline plugs. All worked well until they became increasingly flaky. Dropping wireless signal completely. Thought maybe I needed an upgrade so bought ac1350. Paired them, cloned sky Q password etc. Its fine plugged next to the master socket. Bring it into the bedroom with the issue and the plug goes between red and green on powerline light. Tried other sockets, no change. Ethernet slots connected. Speed says 28mbps. I am so utterly frustrated because I need ethernet slots in the bedroom because I have a hue hub that roommates won't have in communal area. I don't understand why suddenly TP link that worked well suddenly fails consistently. No new appliances to interfere but sky Q seems to be a massive issue. Please help.

Hi, sorry for the delay.

May I know the model number of the AC1350?

--normally the model is on the back label and starts with TL-WPAxxxx;

Did you only use the adapters in the same kit or still keep the previous adapters?

Could you please try to download the powerline utility and monitor the powerline rate for a while, especially when the powerline is red?
