Deco x60 appears bricked - and cant firmware upgrade / reset
1. The x60 which was my main Deco yesterday was displaying a Red Light.
2. Checked Router etc no issue
3. Rebooted - On reboot YELLOW light solid 10 seconds then goes solid RED. Then blinks YELLOW then solid YELLOW and loops back to RED.
4. Attempted RESET on solid RED but still keeps looping.
5. Attempted firmware reset - Disconnected power - press reset button and reconnect power - YELLOW blinks once - GREEN light blinks twice - then SOLID GREEN
ANY CLUES PLEASE

@Khammer Hi have the same issu with a deco unit x60, i bought the set of 3 but one of them seems to be blocked, i can't reset it , neither to connect, no data flows throu ethernet ports. How can i solve this. Thank you

You have to call support, and they'll verify if it's the same issue and if so, they will replace the unit for you.
Alternatively, I bought mine at Costco, so I just returned the three and bought another pack because I didn't want to wait.

I have same issue. Deco stopped working. Reboot didn't work then removed from wifi and tried to do reset to factory. Kept cycling - rebooting. Now just shows green and won't do a reset.

1. a picture of the bottom label with SN of the defective unit.
2. a copy of your purchasing receipt.
