Just wondering where do I download Windows 10 software from so I can tinker with the AC2100 modem/router settings... I have the app on my phone but there appears to be more settings for the PC software.

You dont need software downloaded, you can simply connect to the routers IP address and login there to configure the device.
Its IP is likely to be something like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
