Hello,

 

im getting the below error when i'm trying to connect to the PPTP VPN , i was working fine till yesterday but today it didnt work:(  how i can fix it ?

 

  PPTP Error CTRL: Asked to free call when no call open, not handled well
4 2021-02-11 06:49:02 PPTP Error CTRL: setPppUnitStatus: Failed to open /var/pptpd/0.pppUnit. No such file or directory

Was there any change in the network? Please refer to the guide below to reconfigure the PPTP VPN settings on the VR400:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1751/

 

If this still fails, please kindly send us the system log on the VR400, we can then investigate further.

nothing has change. i just not able to connect to this site any more over PPTP , this is the system log
