First 2 weeks using my Deco E4 system, with 2 units.

Besides my Samsung TV UN58NU7100 not connecting automatically via WiFi, need to use a wire connection for the TV, I realized another problem. Every other day I get no Internet connection, while the Deco LED is in stable white color. The only way to solve this issue is unplugging the main Deco from power line (restarting the main Deco).

I am using the main Deco in Router mode, using PPPoE.

 

Old router Tp-Link TL-WL941ND never presented the described problems.

 

Please, any firmware update to solve these issues?

Hi,

As for the Samsung TV, have you tried to turn off the fast roaming and beamforming on the Deco APP to have a look?

Would there be any error message when failed to connect the Wi-Fi?

For the internet instability, when the connection dropped, did the devices connect to the Wi-Fi but no internet service?

If yes, what are the IP address and gateway on the device?

Could you please try to ping the 8.8.8.8 to check the internet connectivity as well?

And could you please try to log into the web UI of the Deco E4 and send the system log to me?
