tl-mr6500v analog phone error
I use tl-mr6500v router with a Ho mobile SIM card.
Internet connection and SMS work, but I cannot receive and transimit calls by an analog phone plugged ti RJ11 plug.
In system logs I read:
ERROR: Get sim card number failed (0).
ERROR: Get sim card number failed (0).
How can I solve?

@jimmy6500 With similar problem TP-link ha changed my router.
Now phone works with Very mobile SIM, nt with Ho mobile SIM.

Hello, I've the same problem stated in the first post:
internet and sms working, analog phone not.
It's impossible to receive or do phone calls, if someone try to call me, he receive a notification saying "the phone could be off or out of signal coverage".
I made the test you suggested to other users and the sim is correctly working with VoLTE in a smartphone while the hotspot is active.
The hardware version of my router is V1, and the firmware is the latest one.
I bought this modem on Amazon so not connected to a specific isp.
I'm using the Ho-Mobile Italian isp that support LTE/VoLTE.

Same problem. HO-mobile does not enable the VOLTE for modems. Can it be solved with firmware update? I'm happy not to surf when I phone (No VOLTE)

With Very Mobile (IT) and VoLTE enabled, is impossible to send SMS messages (same error in debug logs).
SMS receive and phone calls seem works fine.
