However REOLINK terminal software can not find the camera when it is conected to WPA4220.
Could someone point me in the right direction on how to solve this?

Could you please draw a simple picture of your network structure?
Are you able to ping the camera on the computer when the computer is on the router network?
How is the Reolink software connected into the network, wireless or Ethernet cable, to the router or 4220?
--if the software is connected to the 4220, Can you find the camera?
