Hi,

I have 2 modem-router 4G, TPLINK M7350 and MR600 with 4G SIM (French ISP).

Since 1 week, my 2 router stopped to find 4G signal, on the same time.

SIM work well on smartphone.

I tried with a 3rd SIM (same ISP) from my smartphone to le MR600, no 4G, no 3G...

No one of my 3 SIM work on the MR600 (even after hard reset), but all 3 work on my smartphone.

Does anyone have the same issue?

Hi, did you mean all the 4G sim cards are not detected on the Archer MR600 and M7350, or the sim cards are all detected but no internet on the two routers?

--I suppose it was the second one?

And how long have you had the two routers?

would there be any internet IP address on their web interface？

--if possible, can I have a picture of the advanced>status page on the Archer MR600？

I found the problem.

Our ISP has changed something. The displayed GSM network name changed to another.

I don't know what was the previous APN but i created another APN with the server name of the old ISP and 4G come back.

I think the ISP has sent an autoconfig hidden SMS with new APN but doesn't work!

 

So the problem was the same on my 2 router and 2 SIM!
