Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1

Hi.... I bought the router as no wi fi in flat.... I can connect to Mac, windows pc, I pad and I phone no problem but can't connect to company surface pro through company on although I am connected to internet and can surf

also, can't connect to smart tv server or Alexa... any ideas?

Hi， 

May I know the hardware version of your Archer MR200?

As for the company VPN, did you plan to set up Archer MR200 as the IPsec VPN server?

As for the smart TV server and Alexa issue, please have a try at the following firmware:

For MR200(EU)_V3/V4
