Erractic connection behavious
The TL-WPA281 Powerline Wi-Fi Extender I bought some years ago started behaving erratically, i.e.
- sometimes it can't find an IP address,
- sometimes it connects but without internet,
- sometimes it connects OK but then disconnects again.
I tried connecting in wired mode with an Ethernet cable, but that doesn't work either 
It seems the device is obsolete, as evidenced by the fact that the model is no longer listed in the dropdown list for new threads in this forum, so unless someone has a suggestion for rectifying the situation I described, the time may have come for a new one. Which basic model from the plethora of devices available at https://www.tp-link.com/uk/home-networking/powerline/ would you suggest?
