I'm new here, Just got a new router from tp-link (td-w9960)
I was hoping to find an option like "use user discovered dns server only" as my ISP provider (in Egypt) abuse the DNS system.

Hello and welcome
Hopefully I understand you correctly. YOu are looking to change your DNS to something different from your ISP?
Go to ADVANCED > NETWORK > INTERNET
Beside your DSL connection choose the EDIT Button
Under ADVANCED enable the changing of DNS servers.
