Hi, i would buy the Vr400 but i have some question, i have 50mbps, if i put a device in che low priority tab and i set that tab at 50%, it mean that device can go at 25mbps max? this is how the qos of this router works?

Hey From looking at the screenshot the Committed Rate is shared amongst all devices on the TEL Queue. Namely 10mbps (10000 mbps) at a constant rate
Committed Burst Size is the max number of bytes that can be sent in one instant burst. Think of it like intel speedstep where your CPU will run faster than normal in very short bursts, this is how much burst you are limiting it too in bytes. You can do the working out, or just leave it :)
