Hi, I have some connection problem with the 4G router (TL-MR6400) which was bought less than a year and was all the way use with Unifi Air package.The 4g router worked well without any issue since several months ago.
Since 8/4, 5 days ago the rounter couldnt get connect to the network.
I try reset many times and when first login to the setting, it will show no sim card identified.
I did test the sim card on my cell phone and it works well.
I did check with UNIFI and they confirmed that there was no issue at my area.
The connection status is always shown "disconnected".
If you already have the same issue, can anyone of you assist?
