Im bought this router and currently have a speed of 370 download from my isp... now its fine on the 5ghz network but on the 2.4 it gives me like 70mb. This is me right next to the router with nothing really connected to it. Why is that?

The achievable download speeds over wireless connections depend on the capabilities of both, the router as well as the wireless client devices.

Given that the AX6000 is a fairly high end router, it is probably save to say that the capabilities of your client devices are the limiting factor here.

As to my knowledge there currently isn't even a single wireless client device available to buy for the general public that could make use of the full advertised 1148 Mbps @2.4 GHz of the AX6000.

It's better to know what is the device you are testing the 2.4G speed on, and you may show us the link speed on it, then we can check if that can be improved from the router side.
