Model: Archer C1900
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20161117 rel.77332(5553)

A few days ago all the devices connected to our Archer C1900 started having hiccups in their connection — router and modem both seemed to be fine, even after reset, and our devices were still connected to the network, but no internet was coming through. Often turning off wireless and reconnecting on the devices is enough to reset, but it happens consistently.

I found a couple threads that mention this issue:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/179006

https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/179006?page=11

I don't see any firmware upgrade available for my particular device though. Is there any solution to keep this automatic language cycle from happening?

My system log looks the same - the router automatically cycles the language, and that seems to be when our biggest issues with connectivity happen.

@christopherex

The two thread you linked are not the same issue as yours, they are encountering a reboot issue, while you seem to experience internet failure. Is there any special setting like address reservation on the router for the devices that connect to it? Try to reset the router to factory defaults then reconfigure it from scratch if you are not sure if there is any special setting on it.

Please check if the devices that connect to the router via an Ethernet cable will work flawlessly when there is no internet on the wireless devices when the issue happens. If the wired connection always work fine, try to modify the wireless settings on the router, such as wireless channel, channel width, and security, you can check the guide below:
