Hi,

I've been using the TP-Link TL-WPA4220T KIT for about a month with no issues, but suddenly tonight, they've stopped working (i.e. no internet on extenders).

I opened up the app to check and the devices are no longer listed, and despite rebooting (router, PowerLine adapter, and phone) everything's the adaptor is still not recognised.

I've searched the forum and can't find anything similar (apologies if there is), so I'd appreciate your help,

@Strikenothit Hello,

Plaese check if the Powerline(House) Led is off or not, if yes, please put powerline units into Wall sockets in the same room and pair them again as instructions below:

Note: press pair button only for 1 sec on powerline units and power LEDs will flash both units, if not flash, press again for 1 sec on that unit.
