Is your C24 hardware version EU v1? If yes, you can download and install the latest firmware we publish on the global website, reset it to factory defaults, then check again with the connectivity and speed:

I see. Is the 5G or 2.4G wireless not stable? Have you tried to modify the wireless settings on the C24? Try to change the wireless channel and channel width on the C24, it is suggested to run a Wi-Fi analyzer to find a clear channel, then change the channel width to 20MHz for the 2.4G, and 40MHz to 5G, reboot the router and reconnect to the wireless network, then confirm.
BTW, how many devices are connected to the C24 network, are they disconnecting at the same time? How often does it happen, and how did you recover the connection?

Did you found any solution to the WiFi getting disconnected frequently problem? My Archer C24 2.4ghz band has the same issue. Although I'm currently running it in the clearest possible channel 11 at 20 MHz band. It gets disconnected and reconnected again disconnected and reconnected suddenly once or twice in a single day.
