vi sim not detecting, where as sim is working fine in mobile including 4g in mobile.

other sim such as jio, airtel working fine in router, how to solve this.

how to reset router.

When you insert the VI sim card into the MR200, can we have a screenshot of the Advanced > Status page?


If it works with another SIM card but cannot work with the VI SIM, please send us the whole system log on the MR200, we will investigate.
