Network cables do not lock into PA8030P - bad design or a fault
Hi I have just bought a TP-PA8033P kit and the 3port PA8030 has a problem. The casing obscures the recess that the network cable plugs lock into. The result is the network cables fit, but you can easily pull or knock them out. They don't lock in place.
Is this a design flaw or a fault and I should return them?
See below the 80803
This is what a socket should look like

@TheBood Good day,
Thank you for your feedback, may I have a photo of back label of TL-PA8030P showing its MAC address & SN number?
If you change a different Ethernet cable, is there any similar problem?
It could be the issue on particular unit, if this affects the usage, you could contact retailer to exchange one within warranty.
Thank you for your understanding~

Hi It is definitely a design floor. Tested with all good cables. My background is engineering (SW and Systems) I am very familiar with ethernet cabling.
I could cut into the plastic and that would fix the problem, but void any warranty.
