Do you mean you cannot receive or cannot view the messages? Could you please help to check the Message Center Number on Advanced->SMS->SMS Settings page with Jio SIM card?
Is it possible to test the SMS feature with another SIM card, like Airtel? Can we have and system log on the MR100, especially about the SMS feature?
You may try to hard reset the router to factory defaults by pressing and holding the reset button until the LEDs flash off then on, after that, verify whether you can see the message under SMS-Inbox and Basic- network map page.
